Item is exactly as described and labelled and an exact match for the broken catch on our caravan. (OK the grey is a slightly different shade but weathering will probably take care of that). Paid for extra quick delivery as we were imminently going away and it arrived within 12 hours of the order being placed. Fitted exactly in place of the broken one. Can grade as nothing less than 5 stars.
